battery and prevents the battery from freezing in the winter. COMES W/EMERGENCY DOWN CONTROL - if
fuse goes in towing vehicle then dumpbox battery will not charge, and after battery nearly drained, dumpbox will
just go up but will not be able to come down due to battery drained. This allows for moving of dumpbox till fuse
replaced in towing vehicle.
